The tour voice is pleasing. Unfortunately I had no cell service or wifi so was unable to follow along without a park map. I did download prior to the tour. I didn’t know the app wouldn’t provide a map to follow along offline. Get a park map and download prior to tour so you can follow along with the tour.

The instructions for downloading the app, for use without internet, were unclear. I loaded the app on my iPad, but was unable to download off internet instructions. Therefore, the guide was of no use to us. We simply rode around places we had already visited before. Even though this was enjoyable, I had been looking forward to seeing new places and hearing the stories.

Absolutely worth the low cost! This self-guided tour made our family’s first trip to Great Smokey Mountain park memorable and easy to navigate. The informational audio clips were well spaced, providing short snippets of additional information along the way. This audio tour also allowed us to hit the highlights and several photo op spots that we otherwise would have overlooked. Definitely recommend!

Informative and easy to use. Interesting information about the area. Much better than simply driving through this beautiful park. Sometimes just cut out in the middle of a sentence. (Maybe we were driving faster than 35 mph. but I don’t think we were!)

This was the first tour we've ever taken with a downloaded audio guide. We're not very good with technology, but with the help of your customer service, we figured it out. It worked wonderfully on our drive. we liked it better than a live tour guide. we were able to go at our own pace, stop when we wanted, resume the tour on our own schedule, and it was very inexpensive compared to a live tour guide. We'll do this again!

The tour was great until we reached the quiet walk on the way to Cherokee. The app. suddenly wanted me to sign in again and of course I could not because no cell service. If not for that we would have signed up for Cades Cove tour.

The app worked fine for us on Android. This was a great way to learn about the smokey mountains. If you plan to do all the suggested hikes then you might need to split this over 2 or more days. My only complaint is that despite sticking to the speed limit some of the audio tripped over the next track so we had to stop to replay them.
