Fantastic!!!! Peekaboo Canyon was gorgeous. This canyon was one of many highlights of our trip. I highly recommend Coral Cliffs Tours. The owners (Jeff/Julie) are wonderful as well as their staff. A big shout out to Kenny.....he was a gem. He has a fantastic personality and very knowledgeble. If you book a tour, ensure you ask for Kenny.

Very beautiful short hike inside a slot canyon. Kyle our tour guide was very patient and took good photos of us. He was very informative of the geologic aspects of the canyon. He kept my 15 yo daughter engaged.

This review is for Coral Cliffs Tours, and we chose a "small group tour" of Peekaboo Canyon, 8 am departure. Our guide, John, originally from central Utah but now firmly settled in Kanab, showed up right on time, and he was outstanding: pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful (e.g. he took great pictures of us). He shared good and very useful information without being overly chatty or ingratiating. There were 3 of us traveling in a jeep. For us, a tour was very necessary as the 4WD road to the canyon is through deep sand, and confusing. The journey was part of the fun! This slot canyon is not far from Kanab (there are other Utah Peekaboo slot canyons, e.g. in Bryce and Escalante, which confused me when I was doing trip research; this one currentl is on Google Maps as "Red Canyon (Kanab)"). It is gorgeous and features "resurrection moss," (turned green when John splashed water on them), marine fossils (splash of water also highlights these better), granaries with carved rock toeholds enabling the makers to climb to them, beautiful light and color effects, fast-moving sun, desert animals & plants, and more. John pointed them out. The tour was from 8-11, just right. The walk is short and easy. I believe there's a pit toilet in the parking area (we didn't need it as we used toilet just before our hotel pickup). I was traveling with my husband and a friend who normally does cruises and luxury resorts, and she absolutely LOVED this tour and said she learned so much! My husband and I enjoyed it too. BTW John noted that slot canyons are subject to deadly flash floods (he pointed out how high the water can rise!). Coral Cliffs Tours watches the weather and will cancel/reschedule tours if there's any risk. Julie at Coral Cliffs was very quick and responsive to my email inquiries (including a request to pick us up at our hotel in Kanab). Thank you John, for a wonderful day on May 24, which happened to be...my 72nd Bday! Our tour was the best Bday gift of all!!!

The owners and guides were wonderful. Ken held our interest the entire time with facts and jokes. He was always professional. And there are no words or pictures to describe the beauty of the canyons. The tour exceeded my expectations!
