Westminster Abbey
You will see the outstanding Gothic style facade of Westminster Abbey, the most important religious building in all of the United Kingdom and a UNESCO heritage site. Here, more than 3,000 famous people have been buried over the centuries and almost every British monarch has been crowned in this church.

Houses of Parliament
Right across the street you will see the Houses of Parliament, also known as the Palace of Westminster. It is the seat of the UK's bicameral Parliament, and includes the House of Commons and the House of Lords, responsible for making laws, deciding taxes and scrutinising the Government. Moreover, you can't fail to spot Big Ben, one of the most recognizable landmarks in London.

Buckingham Palace
You will walk along Whitehall, where you can admire other important monuments and buildings, to get to Buckingham Palace, the official residence where the British monarch lives and works. It was built in 1703 by John Sheffield, 1st Duke of Buckingham and Normandy, and bought by the British royal family in 1761.
Here, if it is scheduled on the day of your tour and if the weather permits it, you will see the Changing of the Guard, one of the oldest and most recognizable ceremonies connected with Buckingham Palace, in which a New Guard exchanges duty with the Old Guard.
(Please note: The days the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace normally takes place are:
August to May - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. June and July - Daily)

This tour is suitable for children aged 5 and above. Younger kids and toddlers are welcome, but the tour may not be appropriate for their age.
The Changing the Guard takes place every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from August to April, and every day in June and July, but it doesn't take place in the rain or in a very bad weather (the guards cancel ceremony if it rains, because the rain could damage their brass instruments) .
