Buses for the most part were on schedule and with 4 routes it got you around the area. We took the red route which circles through Athens and the blue route the next day which took us down around the cruise terminals

Overall was a good tour. We were in Hamburg on a Sunday, so unfortunately most things were closed and only outdoor activities and some restaurants were available. The bus picked up in a central location, with a few open shops & restaurants nearby. The Hop On and Hop Off spots were in good spots. The bus was comfortable and easy to spot. The headphones were provided so we could hear the tour in English, but sometimes the German speaker would be so loud that you could not hear the English translation. Went through interesting areas and was a nice introduction to the city. Would do again.

A lovely and very interesting tour of Hamburg. The guide was a lively chatty lady who recounted lots of amusing stories and made it great fun (though the audio guide was naturally more basic!)

Bus was amazing.. gave us headphones for English then the guide got on microphone and spoke so loud couldn’t hear headphones.. hard if you don’t understand German

We really enjoyed the tour. Very informative with a very knowledgeable and funny tour guide. We came across many city highlights such as the Elb-Philharmony, the City Hall, Hafencity, Aussen-Alster, Reeperbahn and many more.

The bus never came aroun almost one hour. We were allowed to get on the same company bus, just a different line. However, the language was in German (by the driver and guide) and pretty much it was a tour not a hop on hop off (as paid for) so once on we were on for the 2 hours.

we booked online and the blue line - saw lots of red line buses so a bit frustrated ! however the bus tour was great and we enjoyed being out of the rain and seeing the local sites. would recommend

Leider war die Frequenz der Busse deutlich länger als bei anderen Angeboten. Außerdem würde ein übergreifendes Hop on Hop off System mehr Sinn machen
