Enjoyed the tour. The guide was live, and he was entertaining and informative. We always try to do a hop on/hop off when we first visit a new city, just to get a feel for the place. This did not disappoint. Nothing we wanted to "hop off" to visit, but did see one family get back on the bus after a visit to the aquarium. Only negative was parking. The Platinum Parking lot recommended by the tour folks cited us ($95, got it reduced to $50). It's the lot catty corner from the tour office. We paid for parking, but evidently didn't use the correct app and paid for street parking vs the spot we parked in. Signage is not adequate...I recommend parking on street and using city's payment which is easy. DO NOT use Platinum Parking lot. Even if you carefully navigate their payment system and avoid citation, their lot is crowded and some rows had cars so close that you can't drive down the row. When we returned to the car, we found a citation and a homeless man sitting on sidewalk next to the car. I'm happy I got our rental car out of that little hell hole undamaged. Next time, it's the street for us!
