Really enjoyed this session. It was great to watch and then have ago and then watch and have another go. Not nothing you would normally think of doing however definitely something worth doing even if it is to say you have done it. Jon and Sarah were very welcoming and patient. Great present and very different.

I really enjoyed my day. I am not 'physically' creative or at all competent and I made some wobbly pots. Jon and Sarah were both lovely and encouraging. I didn't go with the anticipation I'd take home anything usable or beautiful. My aim was to enjoy the experience of watching a competent potter at work, and of having clay on my hands. Mission achieved.

Me and my partner Sam had an amazing time on the induction to the potters wheel at Eastnor Pottery. The 1.5 hour experience was brilliant from start to finish - Sarah and Jon were engaging and supportive throughout, showing us the ropes, encouraging and guiding us through the process. We had lots of fun and love the pots we got to take home - the course has ignited our pottery passion and given us a new found respect and appreciation for all things ceramic! We'd highly recommend Eastnor Pottery to anyone wanting to learn a new skill.

Really well organised introduction to using a wheel, highly recommended, no hesitation in recommending Sarah and Jon have been doing this for years and know exactly when to step in and when to leave you to it

beautiful setting beautiful people couldn't have been more friendly totally enchanting lost track of time totally removed from rigours of modern life x

An absolutely amazing experience. We not only had fun but learnt a great skill. The team are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, always there to give a hand when it doesn't go as planned. We would love to go back for more. My husband has arthritis and was worried that he wouldn't be able to do it but it wasn't a problem and was actually very therapeutic. I would recommend this for a day out to anyone no matter age or ability. 5 stars

… don’t assume it’s going to be easy. Sarah met us and gave an explanation as to what we needed to do. Then the fun began. We each had two turns at throwing a piece. It’s hard not to get complacent when your first piece goes well, your second will as well. Nope! Don’t assume. Really good fun. And the chance to bring your piece home to show off just adds to it. Thoroughly recommend this.

I had a great time! I was a bit nervous going on my own, but was made to feel very welcome straightaway. I learnt a lot and can't wait to do it again!

First time trying pottery on the wheel, something I've always wanted to try. My partner bought the experience as an anniversary present. We had the best day, Jon and Sarah were brilliant, so welcoming and excellent teachers. ( Both very talented potters) would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try. Hoping we will be back soon for more. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed my day throwing pots on a wheel, was great fun and great tuition from Jon and Sarah, highly recommended.
