We had an incredibly fun afternoon with Tyler, he was the best!!! This excursion was very different than any that I have had definitely not a guided tour Tyler. Was? There to ensure your safety or in case of an emergency, but you are allowed to just have fun. you have nothing but the ocean in front of you. We did the one hour 2 rider option, which was plenty of time to have gobs of fun!!! We will definitely be back every time we are in the Ft Lauderdale/Pampono Beach area!!! The icing on the cake was tyler takes tons of pictures and videos while you're out on the jet skis and they give them to you for FREE!!!!! Keep up the great work fellas

This is, BY FAR, the best jetski rental experience I have had thus far. They were super responsive and attentive to all our needs swiftly.
One cool thing about this company is that they are not limited to one docking spot, which in my case, was extremely important since they told me right away that we would want to consider driving a bit longer so that we launch from further in the water in order to avoid a particular area which was restricted to low speeds only due to some seasonal issues. (I wonder if a different company—which has its dock in one place—would be so honest).
They do not hold anything on your card; they provide free drinks for your ride, and, best of all: THE GUIDE SNAPS PICTURES FROM YOU AND SENDS THEM TO YOU FOR NO CHARGE!!! Our guide sent us 48 pictures and videos free of charge!!
Don't look any further; book with them now! We will definitely be back.

I would recommend this adventure but not going through Viator. I was on the phone and online help for over an hour trying to get this adventure booked. A couple of issues.
1. Company name was not provided at first. There are so many adventures with similar names and customer service representative was having problems locating the one I wanted. At first they offered a more expensive one.
2. Meeting location was incorrect.
3. I was charged for 3 travellers, when I should have been charged per Jet Ski. (2 drivers and 1 passenger). I’m waiting for my refund for the passenger. Even Lustre Watersports called your support line to say this.
I was finally able to find out the company’s name and phone number. I called them directly and got everything I needed.

We had an amazing experience jet skiing with Lustre Watersports! The jet skis were in excellent condition, and the ride was fun, smooth, and exciting. What truly stood out was the level of care and professionalism. He made sure we were safe at all times and stayed within view while we were on the water, which gave us complete peace of mind.
On top of that, he took pictures and videos for us (which isn’t even part of the package) allowing us to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. The entire experience was well-organized, enjoyable, and memorable. I would absolutely recommend Lustre Watersports and will definitely be back!

Policy and requirements:
~Drivers must be at least 16 years of age to operate the jet ski with Photo ID
~All drivers must bring photo ID, all passengers 18+ must present a photo ID
~Any motorized boat operator born on or after January 1, 1988, operating a boat of 10hp or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.All drivers born on/after 1/1/1988 must pass boaters test unless riding with someone exempt from test.
~You have unlimited attempts to pass the exam. State of florida boat exam fee $9.99.
Step 2
Each person must complete their own individual waiver rental form and send their ID(s) along with their boater’s certificate (if applicable) . If you are exempt from taking the boater’s certificate exam you will only required to sign a waiver rental form.
*Weight Limit Restrictions:
~Single riders up to 300
~ Double riders combined 350-400lbs.
~Limit 2 adults per jet ski.
~Limit 1 adult and 2 small children per jet ski.
