We were late because our Uber took the wrong exit. When we got there the lady told us catch up. But Because we were scared being our first time we asked for a refund. DENIED!CRAZY because the lady told us we could get a refund and yet instructor denied it

Guys were super cool. Showed patience for less experienced people. Shared interesting information about the mangroves and took us in two of them. We got to get out in one of them and put our feet in the mud. I was nervous I won’t be able to get back in the kayak while in the water but they showed me how and it was no problem. We visited 3 islands and had some fresh cut watermelon at the last one. Free mix of drinks while on the tour. Only disappointment was I really wanted to go to raccoon island. I also would love a longer tour option. 2 hours seemed short. I really love to kayak. Shun, Micheal, and Pedro were our guides. Would recommend this tour but be aware it requires a lot of paddling and it is the ocean so depending on the water it could be difficult for some.

Sean and his crew were great. Very helpful. Explained everything very well. Me and my family had a great time! This was our first time kayaking! We will be doing this again

If you can’t swim no …. Yes they have life jackets but we were rocking tooooooo much in ours. Then they wanted us to catch up to the group by ourself. And we were first timers.

Tour guides was super nice! Really enjoyed my experience on this tour. Made sure everyone was safe and not left behind. I couldn’t paddle fast enough but one of the tour guides stayed behind with me.

Fantastic outing, wonderful service. Sean is an expert guide and very accommodating. The whole family loved this activity, our kids ages 6, 9, 14. Would definitely do this again!

We took the SUP to raccoon island and we had a great time! The Captain was flexible when we ran into a few hiccups and stayed very calm and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and the area overall, very personable and helped make the experience great! 100% would come back again!

Alejandra was the best tour guide. We saw dolphins and nurse sharks. We had the best time. Recommend to anyone looking for a good time.

We booked a Nature & Island trip in late May. On the of the trip, the tour operator advised us to cancel/rebook the trip due to high wind condition. She suggested that even if we go it, we won't be far as we will be kayaking against the wind. Taking her advice, we tried to cancel the trip over phone ( Next due days are predicted to be rainy). Owner simply said, they will never give any refund ( ~ $500). After multiple back and forth, we agreed to go the third day. The owner rebooked our visit and send us a screenshot for 12 PM. Next day, I got another message that they want to move it 10 AM, then again try to move us 2PM. As it was the late day in Miami, we couldn't agree to 2:00 PM. They finally put us in 12 PM. When we are all boarded in the boat ( alternative arrangement), the owner called the operator to de-board us . Simply rediculous. Over the phone, he simply goes we can't go in this tour, we have to be again moved to 2PM and he WON"T be able to refund if we refuse to go in 2 PM. Many people on the boat were also saying the they were rebooked many times before that day.

Manatees are seasonal. Our guide, John, was a delight. We went to three keys; we saw so many birds, experienced the zen of the mangroves. One of a kind experience.
