When we first arrived we were like "Where's the farm?!" :-) Let me say after a short bus ride it was an amazing trip into a unique space. The 5 of us all agree we learned a lot about how the chocolate we eat comes to us and sampling in the treehouse was cool. Would recommend this trip for sure

The tour was great! The tour guide, Sean, made the tour fun with jokes mixed in with facts. He was very honest with his answers to questions we had. He was very informative. The chocolate tasting at the end was the perfect amount of chocolate to finish off the tour. There was a story behind each piece and Sean was able to answer questions we had for them. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know how chocolate is made. There was a lot of information we learned on this tour.

This is an educational tour with fantastic views and wonderful chocolate tasting. The first time we have seen cacao beans and saw how they are harvested. Shawn was excellent!

The best part of the tour was the two women who talked to us before the guide. We got ice cream and brownies and shake The two women were really informative about the farm and the island. The tour sucked! The guide did not have organization about how to sit we were three people separated almost like an after thought. When we were grttting off the van he put a step down and walked away to talk to the others my mom had a bad foot it would have been nice to have a hand to get off van. Then he talked to the people in front by the time we got there he turned and laughed and did other topic. There were about five of us that were ignored my brother my mom me and a young Indian couple We went up into the treehouse he focused on three couples probably thinking that is where the tip was coming from. When we got into the van the first thing he said tip is topically 15%. We are from the mainland and we understand the tip concept. I think he thought we were foreigners my brother is a civil engineer he just graduated from college I am in securities if any of my employees acted like this I would fire them. My mom is extremely intelligent she speaks 27 languages and is an interpreter she was very hurt how he behaved. Also he gave one bag per group we all paid the same amount for ticket we got one bag really that was a crime My mom asked for another bag he gave a dirty look. One per group but the three couples got two each!!!! We left a tip for the women we named Velma who was awesome !!!!!! I will not tell people to go on this tour your guide sucked. By the way my mom is young 55 had surgery on her foot and is mobile but needed help in getting off van

Me and my classmates had a field trip to the Ku'ia tour and tasting. We got to see the factory and how the chocolate is processed. The chocolate has a very unique flavor, very fruity and you can really taste the cacao.
