Unforgettable experience, all of it! From booking, to scheduling, from arrival at the heliport to heli take-off, from flight till landing and debriefing, all was professional, warm and organised. A big thanks to James, and our pilot Chan, for making this happen on a short notice and ensure our wedding anniversary was unforgettable. A truly great experience. Well done all. Highly recommendable. BTW, really loverly Champagne ;)

We travelled from Perth to Heathrow , leaving 6pm Saturday evening 26 May We had 3 adults and an 18 month old in our party. We were in row 58, seats HJK. The baby did not have a seat. As we had flown out to Australia some weeks prior on this journey, I can confidently say the entire success of the trip depends on your seat. We were fortunate on our first leg. We got row 40 and a bassinet. This is by the exit doors. We had lots of space for our legs and some time free of the baby. And we were in the middle area of the plane. The homeward Perth to Heathrow was an utter nightmare. We boarded..second last row. We opened our overhead locker. It was entirely full of airline equipment. We used the next one..it had SOME room But we pay the same price as everyone else..why shouldn't we have a basic conveniently located locker? The seats in the row were very tight and cramped. I had the aisle seat. A large bloke directly in front of me reclined fully the entire trip . The girl directly behind me had limited recline owing to the rear wall of the aircraft being behind her seat. I felt she would really suffer if I did full recline so I tried to be considerate re this. I found getting out of the seat difficult. Lifting the arm of the seat was different at the aisle end..a complicated manoeuvre at the hinge end which can only be done two- handed, but I had to to get past the reclined seat in front. I had to remember to remove my headphones from the arm altogether too. The storage pockets were awful. They were tight and nonaccommodating. Throughout the whole flight I felt discouraged to bring down my medium rucksack from my chosen locker to look for stuff I'd especially packed...the whole palaver was so effortful I just went without. My daughter chose the window seat, with her partner in the middl and the baby went on her knee. She just found it almost impossible to get stuff from the locker. It was hard to get the baby past the fully reclined aisle seat from the row in front..in fact my knees were grazed with the lean back of it. We all had to get out and pass the baby up and down the aisle whilst trying to remove headphones from sockets and pausing videos. We all went to the toilet together. Re meals, there was no choice by the time row 58 was reached. Just take it or leave it. Time dragged. My headphones gave up and I was given a replacement pair. They too gave up, so I was 3 hours without entertainment, except for the map telling me I had a long way still. The crew were lovely. But I just don't understand how travelling like this in 2024 is still legal. IT IS HELL. And shoving you in front of a screen doesn't make it any better. I thought about the convicts going to Australia on a ship! Re the toilets, there were 4 altogether in economy. You will go about 4 times during your trip. That adds up to a lot of usage amongst 140 people. I found this stomach churning. I don't think I could do this again. It's an inhuman way to travel. It's sad that comfort during flight still depends on how well off you are. Everyone leaving the flight felt the same.

I planned this trip as a surprise for my wife's 70th Birthday. I only let her know what was happening as we approached the airfield. The team at EBG were superb and everything went very smoothly. Lee our pilot was friendly and pointed out all the important landmarks (of which there are many) as we flew. Seeing all London has to offer from the air is a great experience. Highly recommended as a way to celebrate any special occasion!

I couldn't have asked for better customer service from this company, I had enquired and had thousands of follow up questions, and all was answered. I had proposed to my now finance on this flight with pilot Ross who flew G-SWNS. Had no problems he was very informative pointing out the famous landmarks and felt comfortable with his flying as it was our first time in a helicopter. I than had the opportunity for Geoff to record and take some lovely pictures for us on my camera which again appreciate alot. Would like to also thank Amanda as she helped me initially with my enquires and was lovely. So thanks EBG Helicopter team. Highly Recommended.
