Sorghum Pot de Crème, Hot Brown pizza, Pretzel Bread, a fantastic blackberry & bourbon cocktail, and a bourbon tasting. All of this yumminess was expertly curated by Louisville Food Tours. My husband and I did the Highlands Heritage Tastes & Tales Tour today, which was led by Jeremy. The bites and drinks were woven in between learning about the architecture of the stunning homes and gardens in the Highlands and Cherokee Triangle. Such a relaxing, fun afternoon. Would totally do another tour with Louisville Food Tours!

Our tour guide Ren was awesome! Great stories and history of Louisville. The food and drink was good as well. I would definetly recommend this tour if you are a bourbon drinker. Lots of bourbon tasting and drinks. My favorite drink was the bourbon, lemonade and blueberry purey drink called Larry's Berries at Flanagan's Irish Pub, named after the squirrel that hangs out on the patio in back.

Best way to get to know a new city is to taste and walk through a district of the new city. Ren was our tour guide, and she had lots of history and fun facts about this part of Louisville. Beautiful architecture mixed with history facts and delicious food & drink! Thank you, Ren! I highly recommend this afternoon in Louisville!
