Your Itinerary

Louvre Museum

Start with one of the essential landmarks of Paris, the Louvre museum. From the Medieval Louvre fortress and the residence of the French Kings to becoming one of the largest museums in the world, this place has a lot to tell you. With 7.8 million visitors per year, it is the most visited museum on the globe. The filmmakers couldn’t avoid including one of the most iconic sites in their work, so Episode 1 includes a few areas in the gallery with the Mona Lisa and the pyramid atrium.

L'Appartement Saint-Martin

Drop by the restaurant where Assane met his wife in Episode 1. It is located in a picturesque location in the 10th arrondissement, near the historic Porte Saint-Martin. Remember the scene from the show when Clair walked under the archway and showed Assane the paper rose.

School Jacques Decour

Peer into the special atmosphere of Assene and Claire’s apartment. The location can be seen throughout the series, as can the apartment, where we could see Assane planning, watching, and thinking. The place for the apartment is out of the ordinary since it was filmed in school. The production team built the set in the attic of Lycee Jacques Decour.

Paris Flea Market

Drop by the popular flea market in Saint-Ouen, just outside Paris. Encounter Benjamin Ferel's antique shop from Lupin as you explore its areas and different crafts. Find some treasure for you as a souvenir from the Paris Lupin tour.

Musee Nissim de Camondo

(Pass by)

Continue discovering and get to Musee Nissim de Camondo, the Pellegrini family home in the movie. The location appears twice in the show: as a flashback to 1995 and when Benjamin guides a drone to Hubert’s office three weeks before the concert. The museum is filled with 18th-century pieces of art and antiques, many of which you could see in the show. Learn about the history of the place and its previous owners.

Mairie de Paris Centre

Admire a gorgeous town hall building located in the old 3rd arrondissement. Assane tracked down Inspector Dumont there in the show; the location can be found on Rue Eugene Spuller, facing the garden of Square du Temple. Another great spot to stroll around with beautiful leisure space and botanical collections.

Musee d'Orsay

Marvel at the Beaux Arts building of the former railway station, designed and constructed for the World’s Fair in 1900. It was on the verge of being dismantled due to the railway traffic halt, but it was saved by the idea of transforming a station into a museum. As of now, the Musée d’Orsay possesses one of the largest collections of European paintings and sculpture. The Lupin scenes were shot at the real museum, including the galleries and clock, which reminds us of its past as a railway station.

Pont des Arts

Go on to Pont des Arts, another popular movie location. The bridge leads to the Louvre and was originally famous for its padlocks, put there by lovers to strengthen their ties. In 2015, the city decided to get rid of the padlocks as they posed a threat to the bridge’s structure by weighing more than it could handle. In the show, this was the place where Assanne gave his son Raoul an Arsene Lupin book.

Bibliothèque Nationale de France - Richelieu

(Pass by)

The library where Assane meets Benjamin was shot in the Bibliotheque Nationale de France, in one of five reading rooms inside the complex. Take a chance to see the marvelous architectural centerpiece of the place, designed by Henri Labrouste in the 19th century with great use of iron.

Garage D'Abbeville

Turn just around the corner from Rue d’Alsace to see the multi-story car park, Garage d’Abbeville, where Guedira pursued Assane as he ran up through the garage and away on the rooftops.

Rue de Rivoli

Take a look at Rue de Rivoli and Jardin de Tuileries near Place de la Concorde. Recall the scenes of Assane posing as a detective there. Stroll along one of the most famous and longest streets in Paris, which continues the Champs Elysees.

50 Rue de Charenton

Recognize the chic red walls and tall windows of Le China’s décor, and remember the scene of Clair and Assane’s restaurant date. Wander around the Bastille area and learn about its history; apart from that, it’s a perfect place to be in case you want to explore local shops, grab a bite to eat, or just people-watch.

Passerelle de Mornay

Get flashbacks together with the show's protagonists at the Passerelle de Mornay bridge, where they talk about baby names. The bridge connects the Bastille and Arsenal areas. The bridge was also filmed in the Part 2 theater episode.

Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

A prestigious, luxurious Park Hyatt hotel on Rue de la Paix in the very center of the city is a genuinely exquisite place to be, which is why it was chosen as a filming location for the scene where Mr. Pellegrini greets Raoul before his daughter makes her speech.

Théâtre du Châtelet

Get to see the gorgeous building of the Théâtre du Châlatet, constructed in the mid-19th century to replace a prison with the same name. The theater seats up to 2,500 people. Recalling the show, you may recognize it as a place where Pellegrini’s gala is held. In Lupin, they showed dressing rooms, staircases, and corridors.

Pont-Neuf

Admire the views of Pont-Neuf, one of the symbols of Paris. The bridge runs across the Seine River through the Cite island. Built in 1607, this 232-meter bridge is the oldest bridge in Paris. Assane crosses the bridge from the theater towards the place where his boat is moored.

Bassin de l'Arsenal

Walk along the boat basin that links the Saint-Martin Canal at the Place de la Bastille to the Seine River. This is where Assane heads on board his boat. You can also see the Colonne de Julliet, which stands in the middle of Place de la Bastille.
