We'll travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the appellation of Rueda.

Our next stop will start in the vineyard where we'll discuss the cycle of the vine before heading back to the winery for tasting of three wines.

We'll head to the villagge of Matapozuelos where you can choose the eat a one-star michelin restaurant or a local tavern. Lunch options include a tasting menu or the more taditional dish of lechazo, which is suckling lamb.
Rueda
Our last stop is in a special place located in Rueda. An underground tunnel system dating back to the 14th century.
Here we will have a tasting of wines from the D.O. of Rueda alongside a local oenologist to wrap up the visit and leave with a full understanding of this wine region famous for its white wines.
Bodegas De Alberto
Our first visit will be at a historic winery with ties to the monks where we'll visit the underground cellars before witnessing a vinification process where wine is oxidised outside in demijons, somethin not largely practiced today, but a very important piece of history in Rueda. After a tour of the winery, we'll doing a guided tasting.
