Begin your tour at the offices of Waikiki Segway (located at the Inn on the Park) on Ala Moana Blvd. First time on a Segway? No problem! Our guides will give each guest a tutorial and short 15-minute training session before we hit the road, along with a helmet fitting. We do not depart on tour until our guide feels comfortable with each guests ability to navigate the Segways on tour.

Fun way to have a look at the Parks and shoreline at Waikiki. Loads of local information given by our guide. Great for beginners or experienced Segway fans. Highly recommend.

Mike was a very patient and thorough guide. He kept safety in mind throughout the tour. We caught on to how to operate the Segway within the first 10 minutes, then enjoyed the rest of the 2 1/2 hour tour. We highly recommend it. Mike gave us several breaks to rest our feet, and told us many interesting facts along the way.

Mike (our host) was prompt and on time. He explained the basic operation very well and we all had a small trial or practice before heading out. It isnt nearly as difficult as we were expecting.. Two of us were in our 60s and one in their 30s.. we all caught on more or less the same..
We were soon our way and toured all of the Magic Island Area and really enjoyed the discussions and interactions at our breaks. Mike did a great job and should be commended for his laid back "Aloha" approach..
We have no hesitation to recommend this as an activity that is "FUN" for ALL ages!! and safe too! Great way to see a much larger area than on foot and a whole lot of fun!!
This will probably end up being another "highlight" of our trips tp Hawaii !

Amazing tour! Heaps of fun, we hadn't done this before & had great instructions to teach us. Takes you around the streets, to magic island. Plenty of opportunities to stop along the way

Throughly enjoyed the Segway tour of Waikiki. We just arrived the day prior and this was a great way to get our bearings. Our guide Timo was very knowledgeable and accommodating, even stopping at a neighborhood farmers market for us to do some food sampling. The segways are well maintained and performed well. I recommend this tour to any first time visitors.

This was my first time segwaying so was a little apprehensive. I need not have been. Our instructor and guide, Jacob, could not have been better. He patiently took me through all the training and made sure I was safe and comfortable through out the tour. He was knowledgeable and took great photos of our group. We road through picturesque parks and past the ocean and bay. A truly wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my stay in Waikiki.

We thought a Segway tour would be a fun way to get our bearings in a new city, and selected Waikiki Segway on the back of good reviews.
None of us had used Segways before - who knew they were so fun?! We had a solid safety induction, then hit the streets. Jacob was a fantastic guide, we learned some of the history of Waikiki and Honolulu as well of the meanings of some traditional words and how they translate to place names. Saw some of the significant landmarks and buildings in the area which we all enjoyed. The Segways allowed us to cover a great distance, but unlike a bus tour or trolley we were immersed in our surroundings.
We felt 100% safe and comfortable on the Segways, really enjoyed our time with Jacob and would absolutely participate in a Segway tour when exploring a new place in the future. It was a fun experience for us all, particularly our teenagers who had a blast.

None of the three of us had tried segways before so we were rather aprehensive at first, but Jacob made us feel confident and he didn't rush us. We had a lovely afternoon cruising around Waikiki. Jacob is easy going and takes time to make sure you are all feeling good about the segways. He gave us a great tour with plenty of interesting information about the places we visited. We even met him again on Saturday at the farmers market (ask him about the honey).
It was a great success and we are looking forward to the next tour! A big thank you, Jacob!
