Not worth it - don’t spend money - M/C host was decent and funny but the trip isn’t really worth it. About 5 houses and not much of anything else.

Booking was easy. However, not being rom this area, I did not know there were many different harbor cruises. So when I went to check in, it was not yours. And I missed the ride as it was 1/2 mile away. Bayside is huge and the confirmation did not have an address.

I should have realized the non-refundable statement was a red flag. This is a tourist trap. . My boyfriend I arrived half hour early but had trouble finding the meeting spot due to lack of details in instructions Online where the meeting spot was. By the time we figured it out, the boat was about to take off, and the lady would not let us on. She claimed it was sold out for the day, even though I’m trying to hand her the reserved tickets we had already purchased, so not sure how this made sense, why she would not let us on the boat. She stated we can wait an hour in line standby and maybe if we are lucky we will be able to attend. This is not come back in an hour, we had to wait or we might miss our place in the line. As to why we were sold tickets for a service already sold out, in my opinion they over booking on purpose and tell people they can’t get on because of it being overcrowded. Unfortunate for me no -refundable is “just the way it is” from what I was told. The people who work for this business do not care about the quality of how they treat their customers on top of it. They were very rude and lacked common sense. Needless to say we did not want to go considering it was bad business, why waste my time with an already horrible experience. This cruise got our money for nothing, and I have to just eat that up, because it’s just the way it is.

A lot of fun!! And will definitely do again! The staff was very friendly and professional! They also take a souvenir photo for $20.

We had a great time during this mini cruise. It was a nice route and the guide was very entertaining and informative. It wasn’t full 90 minutes and you shouldn’t make the mistake to sit right under the speakers. Otherwise a cool experience with amazing views of the city and the many celebrity villas.
