We had a wonderful experience with Better by Bike. Leo provided friendly service and excellent information prior to the ride. The e-bikes are top quality and super easy to ride. Amazing scenery, gentle hills and very good surfaces make the rail trail a most beautiful ride. Highly recommended.

Campbell is great he has quality bikes, which are in exceptional condition. The e-bikes provide a really nice smooth ride without any difficulties, due to the quality of the bikes. Reliability is key when using the trial. We have used Campbell a few times now and he is very helpful and nothing is a problem in regards to getting the bike to you and picking it up when finished.

Wow. An excellent day out. Could not fault anything about this business. From being collected from our hotel in Byron Bay to being dropped back. The ride is as easy as you want it to be. We even had to stop on the trail while a brown snake was sunbathing right across the path😳

On a slightly overcast day in Byron Bay we decided to rent e-bikes on the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. The trail is 24km long, smooth with no cars. It is the old train line converted especially for biking. Better By Bike made it easy. A picturesque drive (they offer transport) to Murwillumbah where they have a store/depot with a selection of different size e-bikes. The team at Better By Bike were very friendly and helpful. They provided a thorough briefing for us novices (my wife and I) and we took off for what was a brilliant experience. Through cane fields, past old railway bridges, snacks at little villages and a variety of terrific scenery. The bikes are very easy to master and they make the ride a simple way to take it all in with minimum exertion.
