Passenger Policy
1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks (all physically challenged individuals are subject to captain's discretion).
2. Not recommended for individuals who have/had back problems, recent surgeries, or suffer from severe motion sickness (no refunds are given for seasickness). Seasickness is best prevented with an over-the-counter remedy.
3. No expectant mothers.
4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depend on ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours by Holo Holo Charters are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. "No shows" or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
9. We reserve the right to refuse service.
10. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
11. We do not land on shore.
12. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
13. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed; guests are required to use traditional two-piece snorkel and mask sets.
14. If you do not have your prescribed medication with you, i.e. Inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication and/or any other daily medications, you must reschedule your tour to another day.
15. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
16. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
17. All tours are "Bare-Foot". Passengers will remove their shoes prior to boarding. Only orthopedic/diabetic exceptions will be made at captain's direction.
18. In accordance with our liquor license, guests may not bring their own alcohol and IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol will be served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
19. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft allowed on-board.
20. Spray-on/aerosol sunscreen is a safety hazard and may not be used on-board the vessels. We encourage using reef-friendly sunscreens.
21. Our vessels are equipped with sensitive marine heads (toilets) that clog easily. Do not flush anything other than what your body produces and the toilet paper we provide.
22. Please use Holo Holo parking lot only or your car will be towed.
As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.

The Na Pali coast is amazing and the snorkelling was very cool. Crew was friendly and engaging. They took good care of me while in the water (keeping me away from getting to close to the reef) and on board when the return trip was choppy.

Captain Kelly and her crew of Gabe and Coral really made this a great experience. They were thorough, friendly, and approachable during all of the required safety procedure talk. They got us out onto the water as quickly as they could and a great job getting breakfast out in a timely manner. After reaching the Na Pali Coast after about an hour on the water, Captain Kelly found a pod of dolphins and a great area to snorkel with a sea turtle. After snorkeling, we went north and saw some amazing features as Gabe and Coral gave a thorough description of what we were seeing. Lunch was served timely and adult beverages were served. Ultimately, every single little thing that was advertised was delivered. I suppose we were lucky with a great day for weather as that can impact whether or not the boat even goes out, but I want to highlight how well the crew really made this an experience to remember. Experiences can be hit-or-miss on what they actually deliver, but Holo Holo did an amazing job meeting those expectations and their fantastic crew helped bolster the experience to exceed them. Thank you so much for an amazing time!

Beautiful trip along the Na’pali coast. The views were outstanding. Saw pods of Spinner Dolphins and snorkelled with the Green Sea Turtles. Just wish I could have heard the commentary from the guides a little better.

Had a great time. Saw tons of dolphins and fish. Na'Pali coast is stunning and by boat was a great way to experience it. Food was good and weather was mostly lovely (rained a bit on the way back). We didn't get to actually sail because there wasn't enough wind that day. Just a tip - I'd bring your own snorkel gear if you have it. Masks provided are just generic and kept fogging up.

Good value and we had a great time. Everything felt safe and thought out. Food was good, boat wasn't too crowded, and fins/snorkels/life jackets were provided for anyone who needed them. We saw a huge sea turtle and lots of gorgeous aquatic life. The Na'Pali Coast was stunning and everyone on board was friendly and fun to talk to. Would definitely go with them again.

The sailing trip was so fun! We had a windy day but it was still so much fun. The two mates were amazing and the captain “in training”, so funny, both were great (they both were). Saw a lot of fish and dolphins it was so fun.

Great trip! Gorgeous views, fun snorkeling, good food, and an amazing crew. Lots of good information was provided, and we saw dozens of dolphins and a few whales! This activity was well worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience! The captain, co-captain, and crew were super friendly and fun. They gave us all sorts of history and facts about the island, and were very attentive throughout. It gets quite windy on the boat, so pack a jacket/pants if you’re a person like me who is always cold :) It was a wonderful experience!

The snorkeling wasn't good. Very few fish etc to see. Didn't sail. Coast was awesome. Staff were great.
