William was great and the tour was interesting with interesting details to the stories as he guided us through the French Quarter.

William was wonderful. Very well I formed and answered all our questions. We had two children on the tour and he was so patient and answered all of their inquiries.

The tour we selected and paid for is not the one we got. I purposely sought out a tour that was not ghosts and vampires and more culture and voodoo. This is not what we got. The itinerary for this tour says we would visit Louis Armstrong Park. We did not. It says we would get a deep dive into the voodoo culture. We did not. There was too much walking and not enough talking. My favorite city tours constantly walk and stop. They find interesting tid bits to tell you about things that look ordinary at first. This also keeps the group together when you stop frequently. The guide also walked too fast which tended to get the group spread out. Overall disappointing.

Our guide was great. Super knowledgeable guy. He knows people around town, has a storytelling radio voice, and you can tell he has the inside scoop. Great job, William. That being said, this is not really a voodoo tour. We talked about the origins of voodoo, and the voodoo queen was a very small portion of the actual tour. We heard more about culture and architecture. 'Voodoo' should not be the first billet in the title. It's misleading. Anyway, we had a sudden bathroom break hit, and we separated from the group. They told us where they would be, and when we got back to where they said they would, they were gone. We walked around the park twice and gave up. It was close to the end by 20 mins or so, I assumed they talked about some more architecture and went to the end point of the tour. I couldn't remember where he said, I could have looked it up, but we already leared about Jackson Square in another tour, so we went to lunch instead. 3 stars is a decent average rating. It definitely didn't exceed my voodoo expectations. If you have time to kill and you want to get some steps in and do something off the beaten path, this is a good guided break from the hustle that is New Orleans. If you are looking for a voodoo tour, this isn't it.

Robbie Rob was a great tour guide. Entertaining and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the area and local stories. Each stop on the tour has a story that was interesting and immersed in the history of New Orleans. It was a great experience and we have already recommended it to other family for when they visit.

So much great history and stories of creepy events within a small area of the city. James also made some great recommendations for places to eat as a local.

Our guide did a nice job and ee were comfortable and picked up some good information we wouldn’t have had otherwise. Also stopped by a few spots we definitely wouldn’t have seen on our own. Thank you!

The introduction to Voodoo when we were at the park. The guide provides the books and show us the African gods and goddesses.

William was very knowledgeable, and you can tell how passionate he was about the history of his city. This tour gives a really interesting overview of how locals found a way to incorporate voodoo into the Catholic religion, thus allowing them to maintain their identity. A great review of the different types of architecture with fun stories along the way! NOTE: I had originally booked a tour through Viator, which was incorrect and didn't exist at the confirmed date/time they provided. Kristy with Witches Brew was kind and efficient in changing the tour to this one, so we weren't completely out of luck.

Will was amazing!!! He is so friendly, knows a lot of locals, and because of that they shared stories too! I have to say if i would have booked this tour on my first day i would have booked more tours with him. When i do come back i am definitely booking again. This was a great experience!
