Loved this tour. Loved it. My wife and I were packing in a busy first visit to New Orleans and this was one of three tours we took that day. Hands down the best tour. Betsy was knowledgeable, very funny, and patient with our group. You could feel the genuine love and care she had for preserving and respecting this beautiful piece of New Orleans history. The architecture was breathtaking, Betsy was informative, had limitless information to share, and did it in a way that made 2 hours fly by. Even the locals we came across on our walk showed that they knew and respected Betsy, our fearless leader. Highly recommend her and this tour, she is a personification of all of the best things in NOLA, history, preserverance through all things, compassion and empathy, preservation of history good and bad, kindness towards all, "galleries" are just fancier porches. For a guy who knows nothing about architecture but pretends to enjoy it for his wife, she genuinely opened my eyes and held my interest the entire time, and beyond. Thanks! Go Zion!

Betsey was a knowledgable, humorous and entertaining guide. I especially liked her fish earrings! It’s a great tour in such a lovely area of New Orleans. The establishment of the Garden District was fascinating and gave us a better understanding of this very special city and its people.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Garden District with Betsy! Informative, humorous and very engaging, Betsy led us all around the District’s streets, telling us interesting stories about the houses and their historical inhabitant's. We really enjoyed learning about the different architectural styles, New Orleans history and culture. Stopping for drinks along the way was lovely, and I loved the small group size compared to other tour companies we saw in the neighborhood. Highly recommend Two Chicks and would definitely do another tour next time we visit!

Karen was an excellent and very informative guide. She kept things interesting, lively and fun and was very considerate of the group by stopping in the shade to tell her quirky stories. I would highly recommend this tour.

My wife, my parents, my brother and I all thoroughly enjoyed the two chicks Garden District tour. Our guide, Karen, was super knowledgeable about the area and the city at large. She went out of her way to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Karen always had an answer ready to the many questions from the group and was quick with a joke. She was on time and even offered lunch suggestions, which we took her up on and ran into her in the po' boy line! Would recommend Two Chicks to anyone traveling to NOLA!
