Great great great service! They all are very nice, kind and very funny. The experience was excellent and very enjoyable. They also have the option of the free bus that take you to different places in the city after you take the boat tour. They help and answers all question. I highly recommend them and I would love to do all of their tours! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our last day in NYC and had still not taken the ferry to get close to the Statue of Liberty… We ubered to Battery Park where we were planning to do the ferry. Upon arrival there were several reps from Big City Tourism … we ended up getting tickets which took us back to Pier 78 near Hudson Yards. So happy we ended up on an actual tour. Michael was our tour guide who was EXCEPTIONAL! He has been doing this for more than 30 years (34?37?) and was one of the best guides we had on our week long trip! The departure after tour by bus from the pier was very confusing and no one to help reload the buses, so we ended up in a taxi due to our tight turnaround to go get our luggage and get to the airport!

Best way to see NYC and Jersey is from the boat, Mike was very entertaining, mostly all hangout at the upper deck since we were the early shift 11 am that day. Nice breeze and photos with lady liberty

This is a scam. They pretend to be an official Statue of Liberty tour company and charge way more instead. The tour was terrible. Overly loud music and an annoying announcer.
