    Excellent tour of New York. Rachel and Manny were fabulous. Super informative, great for a first timer to NYC, lots of inside tips shared for what to see and how to get around the rest of the trip. Hit all the NYC highlights too!

    The 9/11 memorial was very emotional. I am glad that I went there. I think its important to remember. The ferry to Staten Island was very nice and provided great view of New York. Our tour guide was excellent and very informative about all things New York

    Our guide Jimmy made the tour such a great day. His knowledge and love for the city was immediately obvious and such a genuine warm personality made it a relaxed and fun day. Thank you chicken man! The bus was very comfortable and the air conditioning was nice. Highly recommend.

    No customer service at all. We were advised by family we had just left that they all had Covid. We immediately tested and were positive. We had thought we had colds and were due to meet tour in an hour but wanted to be responsible. Texted to cancel and they told us we had to get a refund throughViator who is apparently same ownership as TripAdvisor. Even sent a copy of our positive tests. Nope, they didn't care and wouldn't even give us a partial refund. Viator has a 1 star rating on Google and there's a reason why. No customer service at all, just form letter responses so quickly sent out, I know they didn't even look at the circumstances. $278 down the drain. It might be a lovely tour but they should not be booking through Viator who is in bed with TripAdvisor. Will not make that mistake again.

    After a drive through the Times Square area, our first stop is at Central Park. The stop includes a short, guided walk into Central Park and a visit to Columbus Circle – one of NYC’s hottest neighborhoods and the official zero-mile point from which all official city distances are measured.

    The third stop is on Fifth Avenue for great views of the Empire State Building. This area provides spectacular views of dramatic architecture featured in numerous books and films: the Flatiron Building (Godzilla, Spider-Man), the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower (The Runaway Skyscraper, Futurama), and the Empire State Building (King Kong, Independence Day). We drive by Madison Square Park - the original location of Madison Square Garden Arena, and the tour continues with a drive through some of NYC's iconic neighborhoods, such as Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, and the Financial District.

    The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

    The fourth stop is the World Trade Center, as we visit the 9/11 Memorial. The tour does not include entry into the 9/11 Museum, but visitors can walk the grounds of the Memorial, visit the waterfalls of "Reflecting Absence," (the footprints of where the original twin towers stood), and see the Survivor Tree that stood through the destruction of 9/11.
