The wine, tapas, and flamenco tour was a highlight of our trip to Spain and Portugal. Our guide Alejandro (Alex) was very knowledgeable about the local cuisine and flamenco and he shared that knowledge and passion with those of us on the tour. The food and drinks were delicious but I didn’t expect to enjoy the flamenco show as much as I did. And I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much without all of the background information we were provided ahead of time. It was an unforgettable evening and one of the best experiences during our 2-week trip in Europe. You must book this tour!!

We had the best tour with Alejandro! The food and drink were amazing but the star of the evening was the Flamenco show. Alex educated us on Flamenco and it made experiencing the show even better! We learn about the rich history of Spain and it was just the best night!

We absolutely loved Paula!! She had a wide range of ages and food preferences to take into consideration, & made us all feel welcomed & at ease. We loved the first place we grabbed drinks and apps at that we went again the next day. My 7 & 12 year old stayed engaged and tried so many new things. The show was fantastic!! Such a great night & experience!! Thanks sooo sooo much!!!

This tour ended up being a 'girls night' group as Mario, our guide was the only male...no problem amongst the mix of family members, friends and solo vacationers. The lead off tapas were so good, my friend and I went back the next afternoon for encore sherry & ham. Thanks Mario for the education about the wine regions of Spain! The flamenco show was a top notch experience, reserved seats make for front row. Don't think, just do this tour!

The whole experience was fantastic, our guide Mario made it even better. I would highly recommend this trip. Tapas were good, wine was good, dinner was good and show was good!!!

This is our second Devour food tour in as many weeks. Our first one in Madrid eating at the oldest restaurant was awesome. Thus, we have decided to join another food tour in Sevilla. We met our guide, Manuel and other group members in front of Banco de Espana and straight away we headed off to a nearby taberna to start the evening off with a number of tapas and a lovely glass of vermut. Manuel explained the different kinds of meat to us on their origins as well as how they were made. Before you knew it, the group had polished off everything on the table. Afterwards, we headed to watch a Flamenco show. It was a really intimate affair with only three rows of audiences. We were so close to the stage, we could literally shake their hands of the performers. Both the female and male dancers were really intense during their routines and delivered really powerful performances. It was my first Flamenco show and I absolutely loved it. Soon afterwards, we went to have our main dinner. We started off with squid ink pasta with eel, which was delicious. Followed up with iberico pork shoulder and then ox tail wrapped with pastry. The meal ended with a delicate dessert made with egg yoke and sugar. Not too heavy and nice end to a wonderful meal. Of course, this tour was more than just good food and Flamenco show. Our guide, Manuel, was absolutely fantastic. He explained in detail about the history of Flamenco dance as well as describing all the delicacies that we had during the night. He was engaging at all times and made sure every group member was enjoying themselves. He was both funny and very charming too. I really would recommend this tour to anyone.

Communication regarding meeting place for group went well. Relatively small group. Started with tapas and drinks at a delightful 'old' Sevilla bar, followed by a short walk to the Flamenco theater venue. Show was very different from what was expected, but superb. Show lasted 1 hour. The performers - 2 singers, 2 dancers, and guitar player were all extremely talented. Their ability to remain together across the intricate rhythms was noted. Following the show was another short walk to a 'modern' Sevilla bar where tapas and another round of drinks were enjoyed. The blend of old versus new, with respect to the bars, plus the traditional Flamenco dance made for an exceptionally enjoyable evening that we, as tourists new to Sevilla, would not have been able to put together on our own.

Elena was our tour guide for the evening and she was WONDERFUL. Our son was the youngest in the tour and she just took him under her wings and made sure he was comfortable the whole night. I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you’ll get Elena. The places she took us for tapas had some of the best food we’ve tasted here in Seville. The flamenco dancers and singers were spectacular. I could see them again and again.

Everything was perfect about our tour. It felt more like hanging out with friends! Alejandro (Alex) was AMAZING! He was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. We meet 8 other lovely people, a group of 6 and a group of 2. We liked that it was a small group. The tour starts at a tapas bar where we had 2 plentiful plates of tapas and a glass of the local vermouth, delish! Then we took a short walk to an intimate, authentic flamenco show, outstanding! We finished the tour at an excellent tapas restaurant where we basically had a full meal by time we were done with all the food and drinks. We loved the restaurant so much we went back for dinner the next night! I am so glad we found James Blink and his Devour Tours. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are so happy that we did this tour. We were only in Seville for 2 nights and decided to give it a go. I can’t say enough things about Mario, our tour guide. What a knowledgeable, personable young man. Mario took us to a place (sorry, don’t remember name) for tapas and drinks - the tapas was delicious. Then the Flamenco 💃 show. My first flamenco and it was outstanding. Absolutely loved it. Then, off to another restaurant (?) for more tapas and wine. The food was tasty and more than enough for dinner. Highly highly recommend this tour. Hope you get Mario - he’s a keeper Devour!
