    Donato made sure we had a fun, safe journey even though the weather wasn't cooperating, he took us places and explain some stories, would highly recommend for his hospitality and wiz.

    On Thursday we took this boat tour and were very excited. Wherever we go on holiday in Italy, the boat tour day is always the best. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. Pros We saw some beautiful scenery, swam in som lovely locations and had a nice lunch. Cons The meet up point was disorganised. No one knew where to go or what to do. The skipper was unprofessional - he didn’t introduce himself and barely spoke to anyone except two young Italian girls. If he didn’t speak English he could at least have smiled and been friendly. He didn’t announce where we were at any point. I kept asking if we were at Cala Rosa and only then did he tell us the name of the cove. We DID NOT visit Cala Rosa - the reason I booked this company and this tour was because it was on the itinerary. So disappointed. The longer journeys both there and back from Trapani were done at speed and the skipper simply laughed when we complained. We were at the back and we were drenched. He was too busy trying to impress the girls whom he allowed to take the steering wheel. I genuinely felt that any one of us could’ve bounced off the back at any time. It did not feel safe. This put a dampener on the whole trip. Two boats went together and the driver of the other boat was very friendly and professional. As a side note, with lunch only one bottle of wine was shared with 10 passengers. There was more in the fridge. We felt this was a bit mean. I’m glad I’ve been on other boat trips otherwise this might put me off altogether.

    Fantastic trip. Beautifull trip. Nice water. Friendly staff. 5 stars for sure. But we could use more suitable lifejackets for the kids.

    Our tour was canceled at midnight the night before, but they were able to get us on another boat. However, our guide did not speak any English and we got most information from another guest who happened to be bilingual. That being said, we had a lot of fun and saw very beautiful places. Recommend the tour, but make sure your guide speaks your language!

    We are a family of 4 from Australia and and our trip with Donato around the Egadi Islands was the highlight of our 4 week trip in Italy. Donato was professional, kind and friendly and we felt that we were in very safe hands with our two daughters aged 10 and 12. He was enthusiastic and happy to tell us interesting information about the islands using a translator app. A simple but delicious lunch was provided which gave us extra time to explore the islands. Donato also provided lovely wine and premium beer which was unexpected but welcome as the sun was going down on a hot day. We brought our own, but there are rock shoes and snorkels on the boat. It was a full day and we did not for a second feel that there was any rush to get back. We visited a variety of swimming spots and two islands. A wonderful day. Thank you Donato.
