    Unfortunately I had a family emergency last minute and couldn’t make the trip to London, I asked for a refund under the circumstances but was told to wait and see if the tour operator would accept it. 3 days later and not heard a thing. Sorry but I feel very let down by this service.

    The escape room was really fun will come back to try another one went with with family and David made really comfortable and accommodating help us with a few hints when needed will definitely come again

    Timmaya was an excellent host and she maintained professional as there was a double booking during our time slot. She gave us an experience we can never forget. Will definitely be coming back with more friends and family.

    Timmaya was friendly and easy to get along with. Even though there was a problem with double booking she handled it very well and found a solution which made everyone happy. I really appreciate her working after hours for my friends birthday
