As you can see from the chat we got bumped on our original flight to Orlando. I was in contact with your office as well as the driver. We had no control of this. Per the chat we were told you would pick us up for an additional $34 and I agreed. I have the new time and never heard back. When we arrived no one from your company showed up. The original driver was told not to make trip because the trip was canceled. So we would up having to take a taxi for $150.00. So no we aren’t happy and then we were told there would not be a refund which we don’t understand. Can anyone help?

Courteous driver picked us up fairly quickly and took us safely to our destination. I would recommend Viator. This group of drivers notified us 2 weeks ago and we appreciated knowing our reservation was valid.

Booked our reservation and arrived at midnight to no response from the driver and no way to get to our hotel. called their main number and got hung up on multiple times. Had to pay for an uber and are still waiting for a refund. The next morning the driver contacted us and said the company gave him 12pm not am. Would not recommend at all.

Alerts booking/your vacation and drivers for thier business . Elife limousine service all over the world using airline booking . There are not as advertised. There are company running business in china the app by Chinese few groups of people service making reservations For booking / all over convenience your destination . However this is not what u experience.for your hard earned. there are not professional illegal vs communication using WhatsApp . Text messages and call for drivers doing it all . The service itself Without knowledge what marketing there are into . . I am the Uber / Lyft drivers with a lot of experience in airport pickup in Orlando Florida mco airport./ Disney world vacation area . This is not going to happen if u booking them. 80% of time u would be mark no show within a hours drivers policy. 1 during summer is hurricane season. U would be delay flights/ luggage/ immigration check . More or less is 2-3 hours unexpectedly. Ofcouse rainy day and your booking flights be delayed. I consider your drivers vs communication tro WhatsApp. Text messages. 2 meet and greet not going to happen in that hour flight arrives. elife even not knowable what is airport rules when drivers not allow park in the terminal pickup person.. how u support meet and greet holding a sign when drivers even not allow park . 3 safety. When u request the children safety booth chairs are free. However is not when drivers is not available and was been told is unnecessary if u don’t have one. They don’t care this is laws. I have been driving for them for a month service over 100 trip.with all friendly service. Yeah I believe this the worse ever doing rideshare. Thier company using bid as eBay when u pay 100 is dollars to 25 % the bid stater which mean there take 75% of the trip clients pay and expect limousine service for drivers. Everything else is all drivers reponese accept the trip. The costumer service are even worse when u complaints. There will block u for refund as I am a drivers also been treat the same. .I even not mention insurance what the cover when I making trip when accidents happen. Please do your own research. Uber / Lyft ./ taxi are all over central Florida .

Horrible horrible horrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY. This is not a “private ride” this is them sending a random Uber driver to pick you up. The Uber came 45 minutes late and argued with me. I spent 100 dollars to get picked up in a Kia Soul. I received no pick up information or details about my ride. I had to call and contact the company after I had landed. Very frustrating and disorganized. Save your money and book an Uber it’s cheaper and more reliable.

I paid close to $130 for a ride from the airport to the hotel. The picture shown on the site was a nice, large van. We landed at the airport, with no one there to greet us. We go outside, nothing. I called the number and they somehow had the reservation wrong....different name to my phone number. Not sure how since I booked online. OK...we're off to a rocky start. The driver finally showed up in a Honda CRV. Absolute not enough room for all of our luggage! I was very clear that I needed a big van (like what was shown in the picture!). We had bags on our laps. Our driver also spoke zero English, so we had no clue that we were even with the right driver at first. The entire experience was a very expensive cluster. The customer service person I spoke to on the phone sounded like she was in a bathroom and couldn't be bothered. On the way home, I booked an UberXL. They arrived very early in a brand new SUV with more than enough room. Total price with tip was $60. Lesson learned!
