Theresa was the perfect cooking instructor. Bright, happy and very welcoming. We loved our two hour workshop and the fact we took home our own pastel de Nata was a bonus Well worth it. Thank you Theresa

We had a great time learning. The instructors (Teresa and forgive me, I missed her name) were very passionate about what they do and they were happy to share their knowledge. We were with a group of 6 people and we had fun getting to know each other. I would recommend this class.

Our guide Teresa was fantastic! She was friendly and gave great tips for how to make these tasty treats! We had a fun group of people from all over Europe which added to our experience!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed learning how to make Pastel de Nada with Teresa! She was super friendly and made the whole experience soo much fun calling us her “beautiful team” and made an effort to know us each by name. She shared all her secrets to making this delish egg based famous tart that we could easily follow. We are so excited to make these tarts when we get home to Canada! Teresa is such a delight and so warm and welcoming to us all.

We arrived on time and Teresa got right to it. She was so energetic, warm and funny! I’m an experienced baker, and her methods were clear. There was 3 couples in our group. The adjoining group was large, noisy and caused small distraction. They need a bigger space, or separate space for 2 simultaneous workshops.

Teresa, our instructor, was fabulous. She taught the class with enthusiasm, humor, and patience. Learned not just how to make them but their history. Everyone had a great time. And, most importantly, the Pastel de Nata were delicious.
