We had an incredible time on this tour. Our guide, Bizo, was wonderful. We had some beautiful stops and learned so much about the history of the area. The penguins are not to be missed.

Chris was excellent😊, although we did not get a bottle of water in our taxi. But the service was all good.

Fantastic half day trip from Cape Town with Bizo as our guide. Very comfortable transport and Bizo is very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much more than we would have done on a self-drive. Plenty of photo opportunities en route and 2 hours at Foxy Beach and Boulders bay to see the amazing African penguins. Thank you Bizo!

They really need to communicate better and modernise their payment system . I booked a tour well in advance of my trip to Cape Town. They asked for payment in US dollars through international bank transfer. I had been informed by another tour provider that the guide can take payment on the day of the tour.
Another confusion was the pick up time. The link provided fluctuated and sometimes said the guide would ring the bell at ridiculous times like 2am.
I wrote the provider emails asking how to pay and to confirm pick up times. No response was received. I also checked my spam folders.
So on the day the tour was booked, armed with my booking confirmation, cash and credit card, I take a seat in my hotel‘s reception 45 minutes before the tour was due to commence, according to the confirmation email. I had arrived from overseas the night before.
They never arrived. Turns out they expect you to pay with an international bank transfer in a currency that‘s not yours (or theirs). My very lovely hotel receptionist was very surprised at this practice and said most providers allow you to pay on the day or have online payment facilities.
The thing is I asked them how to pay given I don’t have access to US dollars and, despite their website claiming they are available at all times, they never got back to me.
All in all very poor customer service in my view.
