During this workshop, you can expect to learn about the history of Portuguese tiles, known as Azulejos, and the different styles and techniques used in their creation. You will have the opportunity to choose from 10 traditional tile design stencils and three vibrant colors to personalize your own tile. Don't worry if you're not confident in your drawing or painting skills – our carbon paper tracing method makes it easy for anyone to create a stunning piece of art.

Good to Know

All materials, including one tile per person and three vibrant colors, will be provided for the workshop. After completing the glazing process, your tile will need to be fired. You can either pick it up after five business days at our studio in Rua da Boavista or have it mailed to you for an additional fee. This workshop lasts for approximately 90 minutes and is conducted at the entrance of Palácio de Cristal Gardens. In case of rainy weather, our team will contact you and redirect the workshop to our ceramic studio in Central Porto.
