14:00 - 15:30 English Guided tour by Champagne Castellane. Cellars visit to discover the method of Champagne making and learn more about the history of Champagne making. Walking to the roof with panoramic views over the region. 15:30 Departure to Hautvillers - a small historical village on the top of the hills. It takes about 10 minutes (6 km).
