Our accredited guide will drive you to Quinta do Cume, one of our favourite wineries in the region. You will visit the winery in the company of a local guide, learning about the production of the wines. Next, a wine tasting session takes place close from the nature, overlooking the vines.

We may visit D'Origem as an alternative to other wineries and according to its availability. Please let us know in advance if you would like to visit D'Origem before the beginning of the tour.

Lunch takes place at the restaurant Cozinha da Clara at Quinta de La Rosa. The menu will be paired with 3 different DOC Douro wines.

Our clients will have the Douro river as a scenic view by the Douro Valley while partaking the wine tour.

Quinta do Bomfim

After lunch the plan is to take you to visit Quinta do Bonfim. The visit includes a 40 min guided visit where you will be explained about the Port wine production, followed by a tasting of 3 different Ports, overlooking the Douro Valley.

Quinta do Tedo is one of several wineries that we can visit on our tour. During this visit you will learn about the wine-making process of Quinta do Tedo with a local guide. It includes a guided wine tasting session where you will be explained about the different wines to be tasted. On our way out from Douro Valley we pass by the city of Peso da Régua. This is the most populated city of the Douro Valley. It was once an important place of commerce of wine and a growing touristic destination. The Museum of Douro is a local attraction to the visitors of Peso da Régua.

Quinta do Jalloto

Quinta do Jalloto is one of several wineries that we can visit on our tour. During this visit you will learn about the wine-making process of Quinta do Jalloto with a local guide. It includes a guided wine tasting session where you will be explained about the different wines to be tasted. NOTE: Wineries or order of wineries visited may differ depending on their availability NOTE 2: Visits at the wineries are not fully private and open to external participants.
