    The airline was delayed departing the plane and it messed up our pickup time. We were afraid our driver was going to leave, as they let us know, as we waited anxiously they are only required to wait x amount of time.

    The driver was late. However, he had complimentary water and chocolates. The reason I decided to hire a car service was because I knew I would be tried from a long flight and I didn't want to wait for an Uber or taxi. I would have done better with a taxi because there were lots of taxi drivers at the airport.
