This is a very deceptive tour and what is more concerning is that after multiple conversations with Viator, they refused to do anything except a $50 refund. Here are the facts: 1. This trip includes private travel to the Pearl Harbor Memorial to see the two museums. This is true, however these museums are free to the public regardless. 2. USS Arizona Memorial-two free tickets to this event as well as the movie available. Also true but turns out this is free too, and all you have to do is get your tickets in advance or join a wait list when you get there. The deceptive part here is not only is it free but our tour guide pointed to a long line of people that were waiting outside the ferry line to go to the memorial and said they were the people that did not have tickets and we would go to the front of the line. This was NOT true, as it turned out to be just the line for the ferry. 3. The tour designates 1 1/2 hours for both events. If we had wanted to do the other activities that were all NOT FREE, we would not have had time, so therefore we were done early and asked to be picked up. Our tour operator did not oblige and showed up after 4 hours. Dropped us at 9:30 and picked us up at 1:30 pm. 4. Honolulu-1 hour limited tour. We told our guide that we needed souvenirs and cough medicine. He took us to a drug store where he thought we could get both (I was confused that he didn't have a ton of suggestions for this one, but suggested Walmart and the drug store). He dropped us at the drug store and we said we would be right back, as there was nothing there, we were leaving when he raced in and said he just had a call and had to go back and pick up someone else, so he could leave us there and come back or take us back to the ship-we chose the ship. 5. A free teeshirt for each member-We never received this. This tour was $595 for really nothing. I am unbelievably disappointed in the tour company but most of all Viator, that would allow this "tour" on their platform.

Our driver was on time and very polite. The excursion itself is somewhat misleading. They only give one shirt per group, not per person and they only give you 4 hours. They did extend our time one hour upon request for no additional fee? The fee includes entrance into the park and to see the USS Arizona, but not USS Missouri or the submarine. For the cost, I thought it would have included more. It was not bad, but seemed over priced. Probably would have been better off getting a Uber and using the luggage storage at Pearl and Harbor.
