Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.

Our tour guide was wonderful. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating that day and we were not able to access the towers. The tour guide Guadalupe, she said we would receive a partial refund. Can you advise if we need to apply for the refund?

Headset could have been better quality. Too much background noise from other guides and random people. Tour guide was good. Tower was worth going up to. Very impressive church!!

Lupe was very knowledgeable and pointed out many aspects of interest. We appreciated our guide and all of the details we learned. Would also have liked some free time and quiet to look around as the tour felt a tad too long before finally being able to go up to the towers.

Definitely one of the top things to see in the world. You need to go IN. Yes it's amazing from outside but the real magic is inside. It's the light through the windows which bathes you in rainbows. You need to prebook for sure. I wouldn't bother with go up the lift if you are scared of heights or claustrophobic. I booked it for myself and my cousin but chickened out of the lift and I'm glad I did. She told me I would have hated it and that you had to walk down steep spiral staircases to get back down. The magic is just in sitting quietly in the centre and watching the colours change as the light moves.

It’s was a wonderful and informative tour. We’ve traveled many places in the world and this church is the most beautiful one we’ve seen. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Sagrada familia is beautiful and worth a visit. Don’t pay extra for this tour though. Tour was too long and almost impossible to hear the guide. We had headsets that didn’t help since the sound quality was so bad.

We enjoyed the tour of the outside and the inside. Our guide was informative and friendly. The tower episode was disappointing. Nothing really to see except construction from the top. The staircase down is a trip! Narrow and poorly lit 400 steps. We saw at least 2 people freak out. One immediately took the elevator back down. The other freaked out while descending, not sure how she got down. As in much of Europe these days everything is very crowded and long waits are needed whichever ticket you buy. It is really spectacular however and is a must see in Barcelona. Just wish the crowds were not there.

Guide was extremely knowledgeable! Great and beautiful experience! My husband and I ended up needing to leave at the end so it would have been nice to complete the towers in the beginning but that may have messed up the flow. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.
