Wonderful informative trip with super star guide Rori. A good tour requires a good guide and Rori is outstanding. Her knowledge of the sites and her ability to explain what we were seeing is second to none. She took everything in her stride. Seeing Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty grounds with her certainly have been a highlight of my New York trip Thank you

He gave an amazing tour of the statue of liberty. Went deep into the history behind it and described the geography surrounding the island in Great detail through captivating story telling and with great sense of humor.

Intriguing. Ben, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He conscientiously took care of our special needs. He spoke clearly and with excellent volume to be heard comfortably.

The trip itself was very informative courtesy of its very knowledgeable guide, Ben. Took a lot of pix that will last a lifetime and beyond. Particularly enjoyed the Liberty portion of the tour. The guide was also very friendly. I just wish we were able to take a group photo as additional souvenir.

We arrived late and the group had already left (normal, because they were going by ferry to the Statue of Liberty at 9:00). However, we took the Ferry at 9:30 and although we called the office to join in the middle of the tour they told us that it was impossible because they were too far ahead. Very little desire to help and they had already charged for the tour.

We could have just taken the ferry and visited the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on our own, but having Ben explain it all to us in such a detailed, amusing and interactive way really made all the difference. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Ben!

Very good and experienced guide (Charles). We learned a lot about the construction and the inauguration of this worldwide known statue. And m'y teens have been interested by all the explanations, even on immigration facilities on the Ellis island. Tour to be recommended for famillies.

Ben was excellent!! We learned a lot. We NEVER got separated on or off the ferry. Our guide (Ben)was also knowledgeable and kept the conversation lively with pictures on his electronic tablet and by group participation. We had ample time to explore some of the sites on our own, and he helped with pictures. My only point of contention is with the tour company NOT making it clear that we couldn't go INSIDE the Statue. We were ALL sorry about that. Our guide though... was FANTASTIC!
