Please note that hot air balloons have weight restrictions, so if anyone in your party exceeds 250lbs, it is recommended to contact us for approval. Additionally, those weighing over 220lbs are advised to call us beforehand, as balloons do have weight limitations and we want to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. We provide a meeting point on the Southwest corner of Irving & Coors BLVD, in front of Eyeglass World. Arriving 10-15 minutes early is recommended to ensure a smooth departure.
