Children 16 and older and all adults must bring original valid Passport. If one or both parents are not traveling with their child, a notarized letter of authorization from the absent parent(s) is necessary to enter Canada
  • At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: Cruise Ship name. If not on a cruise ship please contact the operator for meeting instructions.
  • Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-free option for lunch is available, Driver will take orders at start of the tour
  • Pick up location: Look for a representative holding a FRONTIER EXCURSIONS sign. Please be 15 minutes early. Please bring your Passports. For Broadway and Ore dock, meet off the pier where the dock meets land just outside the security gate next to a large parking area. For the Railroad dock, there are two docking positions. For ships tendering to the small boat harbor, walk up the ramp after disembarking the tender and look to your left for Zone B meeting area. If you are taking a shuttle bus off the pier from your ship, once you get off the shuttle bus look to your right for Zone B. Zone B is near Skagway Fish Co.
  • Not scooter accessible. Collapsible wheelchairs or Walkers can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark. Passenger must be able to walk some and boarding bus requires a few steps. YOU MUST INFORM OPERATOR IF ARE BRINGING A COLLAPSIBLE WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER.
