Children 15 or younger must bring a Passport (or if USA or Canadian citizen can bring an original/certified birth certificate-no copies). Children 16 and older and all adults must have a valid Passport.
Not scooter accessible. Please advise if have folding walker or folding wheelchair.
Pick up location: Look for a representative holding a FRONTIER EXCURSIONS sign. Please be 15 minutes early. Please bring your Passports. For Broadway and Ore dock, meet off the pier where the dock meets land just outside the security gate next to a large parking area. For the Railroad dock, there are two docking positions. For ships tendering to the small boat harbor, walk up the ramp after disembarking the tender and look to your left for Zone B meeting area. If you are taking a shuttle bus off the pier from your ship, once you get off the shuttle bus look to your right for Zone B. Zone B is near Skagway Fish Co.
At the time of booking, traveler must provide their cruise ship name. If not on a cruise ship please contact operator for meeting instructions.

Driver was good but the stops were not that magnificent to me. I think I would have preferred the train

The tour guide was wonderful and the stops for pictures were perfect. We feel we made the right choice picking this over doing the train ride.

Best views I’ve ever seen! Falls were AMAZING. Mountains were AMAZING. City tour was cool. Guide (Garett whose ex girlfriend is Meredith from the red onion and had an encounter with Lydia) was great too - really felt I learned about the community too.

The views were fabulous on this tour!! After hearing from others on my cruise who took the train to White Pass Summit, I am so happy that I opted for this tour instead. Our tour guide, Beverly, was great and had a lot of information to share about Skagway, both from history and personal experience. The set meeting place at the port in Skagway was easy to locate. The tour bus was clean and I felt much safer on the bus than I would have on the train.

A marvelous little adventure up to the White Pass. The onboard staff provided a continuous commentary as the train rattled along. We were early in the season and missed ring pulled by an original steam engine but did experiance one as it passed on a test run. The carriages are original with the exception of an antiquated rest room on each carriage. A very relaxing few hours

This is an awesome tour with few passengers in a mini bus. Beverly our tour guide is very knowledgeable and took us to the best places. There’s 4 of us in our family. We are so lucky to experience spotting a mama bear with 3 cubs right in-front of our vehicle. Really exciting! We had great pictures in each stops on a sunny permitting day.
