We learned so much about the area and the wildlife and had a fantastic boat ride! Holding an alligator was not on my bucket list but Im glad I did!

Super fun experience of the bayou! Saw a ton of gators and bird species. Tour guides are super knowledgeable and love answering questions. Each air boat ride is unique in experience, I would go again! Hold onto your hats and glasses when the boat picks up speed in the open bayou. Beautiful surroundings in July, but super hot! Come prepared with sunscreen and water.

Had a fabulous experience with the Airboat ride. Funny, informative, and lots of nature to take in. Saw PLENTY of gators and Sean (our guide) was great. Just a beautiful ride through an amazing part of this country. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would do so without reservation.

Our experience with Ragin Cajun Small Group Airboat Ride was enjoyable from the time we were picked up to when we were dropped off at the door of our hotel. The driver was very friendly and personable, and made the ride to the airboats memorable and entertaining. Once we reached the site, registration was fast and easy and we waited a short bit for our group to gather so we could board the boat. The airboat driver took us on a wide ranging tour of the everglades. We stopped in several areas of the swamp where he whistled or "clicked" his tongue to call to different alligators, who swam up to the boat and leapt out of the water to snatch chicken legs that he was dangling from a pole. The driver shared with us what he knew about the individual alligators and he was interesting and very entertaining. We also took some smooth and high speed tracks through the swamp, seeing egrets and herons, other birds and some "fields" of lotus flowers growing in the swamp. All in all it was very fun for myself, my wife and our teenage granddaughters. One bonus was that once the boat started moving the breeze was very cooling and made the whole thing a break from the hot and muggy weather. We'll definitely do this again when we travel to New Orleans in the future.

Isabelle is an amazing tour guide, she gives you more bang for your buck by telling you about NOLA on the way to the gator tour - see pics below. She truly loves what she does and knows how to treat people. I’m sure other tours are good too but this one was exceptionally extra great. The transportation also felt safe and secure, it never gave off sketchy vibes at all. Our gator tour got cancelled because of weather, on the reschedule (the next day) we started the tour and it lasted 10 minutes before the weather did us dirty again. Isabelle did not hesitate or procrastinate in getting in touch with us and issuing a full refund. We still enjoyed our drive with her and the 10 minutes of the gator tour (saw a few gators too). I will definitely look her up for any NOLA tours you want to see that she’s affiliated with. Absolutely no BS, drama or anything (excuse my French).

One of the highlights of my trip to New Orleans last weekend. Seems like there are several options for swamp tours but THIS is the one I highly recommend, and so happy I ended up with. As a solo traveler, I booked this one mainly because I was seeking hotel pick-up and a help with securing a small group airboat booking. Glad I did it- I received texts prior and day-of to ensure I was clear on pick-up and logistics. Driver was Dexter who was efficient with pick-up of all those in our group. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly with check-in (getting waivers signed, assigning you to specific airboats via kitschy-sounding "boarding pass" names). These guys are pros for sure, and "family-owned" you can tell throughout the establishment and workings (including their house cat who roams the premises, ha!) We were able to survey the shop/merch, decor, and had fangirl moment when we encountered the founder, Randy, who was so kind and happily took photos with us. The tour itself was so fun/exciting. You get it all- history of the swamp (including flora/fauna), Q&A re: alligators, alligator sightings, high-speed airboat treks, list goes on. Our operator was Dalton who was AMAZING. SO engaging, sweet, funny, and just so great with our eclectic group from all over the country. Highly recommended. More details/photos with the specific operator (Ragin Cajun Airboat Tours) can be found on Yelp.

The transportation from my hotel was very well organized and Isabelle was a very kind and service minded driver providing us with interesting info and good tips to NOLA's sights, restaurants etc. The boat ride was a blast.

What a fun afternoon we had! Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable! There were plenty of gators to see and the boat ride was amazing.

Our host, Isabelle, was a first class guide in every way possible. E flint community ovation and logistics for transportation, great history and narration en route, good boat tour and captain, Isabelle even recommended a restaurant that turned out to be the best of our trip (not a tourist trap). I highly recommend anything she organizes.
