We loved hearing the history of the area as a backdrop for some of the stories of "ghostly" sightings. I would recommend this tour if you want personal interaction with the guide. We were able to ask questions about what we were seeing. The responses to these questions led to some interesting stories that may or may not have been on Chase's script. If you are looking or alot of hooplah, I would not recommend this. If you are looking for interesting history, entertaining stories and personal interaction, this is the tour for you.

Chase gave my Wife and I a great blend of History and Spooky Chills. We wanted a tour that allowed us to escape the over the top sensationalism in a group of 30+. He delivered. Would definitely do again. Thanks Chase!

If you are looking for a wild scary ghost story, go watch a movie. If you want to hear the history of Savannah, the architecture, and the original foundation of Savannah, this is the tour to go on. Those who are truly interested don't need all the electronics to know the stories are true or feel the presence of those who are still unsettled. Passing another group and hearing the "Billy Mays" of ghost hunters trying to sell the "these are horrible evil spirits that haunt these grounds you walk on." Well, duh, Thank you for such an amazing tour. Until we meet again.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I really, really wish I would have seen some honest reviews before going. This was surprisingly boring. Mostly, this guy told us repeatedly that he had too much caffeine (which was incredible because he was s-o-o-o s-l-o-w.) and that he would be getting to the point soon, which he never did and lastly, that he was...remarkable in amazing ways that he was able to report but not show. It was supposed to take an hour, it took an hour and a half. We heard a total of 3 disjointed, disorganized, mostly unfinished "ghost" stories that he seemed to doubt himself. I spent most of the time looking at the ground because I felt pretty sorry for him. He mentioned that he is a musician, maybe he could revisit that...he didn't seem to have too much fun either.

We had a lovely tour with Chase. He was the perfect host with a broad breadth of historical lore that provided a great backdrop for a fun and informative tour.

The leader appeared to be under the influence of something. Rambled about not much of anything. Bored to death even on Hallptnoght

Chase was very knowledgeable of the past of savannah and a very interesting story teller. It was a nice small group of 8 of us, so we were able to ask questions and have an interactive tour.

We enjoyed our time touring with a small group. It felt intimate and very informal. It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday night in Savannah.
