This cooking class was so much fun. The head cook was fun and interesting and made everything seem easy. He was great at including all 10 people in the class. I would highly recommend.

this class was wonderful!! there were about 12 of us total in the class and split into two groups—we were able to help with prep work such as chopping and each had turns at the stovetop for each dish. We also learned how to debone a chicken (very cool). Leo (unsure on spelling?) was such a fun instructor—kept the mood jovial while at the same time was really informative. I learned a lot of great cooking tips, and my friend and I had a blast. We made gazpacho, chickpea/spinach, and chicken paella, and were served sangria and a delicious dessert. The staff were so helpful and seemed to be very accommodating of dietary restrictions as well. Overall, this was definitely a highlight of our time here in Seville! Can’t wait to have a paella party back home :)

Very enjoyable (and tasty) experience! The paella was delicious. Even though the starter dishes weren't exactly to my taste, there was still plenty of food for me to eat and enjoy. (And everyone else liked those foods, I'm just a bit of a picky eater). It's not super hands on / not a ton for you to do, but still a good time and a nice mix up to our museum and church heavy touring. They split us up into groups of about 5, and we had a really nice time chatting with new people. The chefs were very good at instructing and providing extra details about the history of the dishes.

Great fun. Set up inside Triana market, no aircon. 7 of us and one chef. We learned to bone a chicken, make gazpacho, paella, sangria and a delicious dessert. All pretty tasty and straightforward. Dinner and conversation at the end. A pleasant evening
