Great organization but disappointed by the swamp/bayou tour. We were expecting much more than the guide feeding marshmallows to the alligators.

It was a nice boat ride. I don't care for the guides feeding the alligators marshmallows to get their attention. Otherwise a good experience.

This tour was WELL worth it! My husband and I had a fantastic time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a good eye; we got an extremely close look at a bunch of alligators and herons. The bayou was so beautiful, a nice chance to get out of the city. The bus to and from the actual tour was also a great perk, as it meant we could leave the car at the hotel and walk just a few blocks to the meet-up location. Plus, the AC on the bus was a LOT stronger than the AC in our car, so we enjoyed that very much.

great trip, air conditioned van ride to and from, good tour advice, and lots of alligators, wildlife, easy ride on the water

What a fantastic tour! It was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for, couldn't have wished for better weather too! Saw so much, out tour guide was great too! I went on the big boat instead of one of the smaller ones with the fans on the back, which I think was a better option in the end (I did have fomo for the small boats u till I realised how noisy they were!) Saw some much on this tour! Absolutely recommend this if you're looking for this sort of thing!

I had a great experience only issue I had is when you were loading to get on the boats there’s no speaker system. There’s only one guy yelling and it’s so loud you can’t hear your number for your boat or your color armband for your boat. And our bus could be a little bit more on time other than that I had a wonderful experience

Booked the early morning swamp tour with Grayline and were really looking forward to it. They cancelled that morning with no explanation. We’re guessing maybe not enough people had booked. We rearranged with a different operator who picked us up from our hotel and had a great time.

Very nice. Covered tour boat. Kudos to Captain Larry & our Grayline driver Alton! Got to see many Alligators & birds & a few turtles!

A real mixed bag. A bus trip out was included. It had a pre-recorded spiel, but you couldn't hear it. The bus was old and made such a racket that it drowned out the tape. The boat trip was formulaic, where the guide attracted alligators by throwing them marshmallows. I appreciate that it can be a challenge to give the same talk several times a day, but a little enthusiasm would have helped. All in all, we got to see some of the open bayou and several alligators. As my old teacher used to say, could do better.

Ann_M

Enjoyed the informative narrative and the alligators fighting over the marshmallows!! The air boats were VERY loud and somewhat distracting. Would strongly recommend !!!
