The dairy seat has been designed by a well-known Italian ecosustainable architect and it is surrounded by a Natural Park where you will have the chance to witness the breeding of 580 dairy cows; after the tour, during which you will learn all the steps about the cheese production, you will taste 3 different seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Rocca di Sala Baganza

This enchanting castle belonged to ancient families, such as Sanvitale, Farnese and finally Borbone. It was also used by Duchess Maria Luigia, Napoleon's wife. The gorgeous interiors are decorated with frescoes by Ercole Procaccini and Cesare Baglione

Museo del Vino

The museum is locadd in the ancient cellar of Rocca Sanvitale and provides an immersive experience, from archeology to the grape harvest tools.
