We LOVED this tour! It was the perfect length of time. It was beautiful, and cultural! Our guide Trena was SO informed about the region and it's history. I couldn't believe that she wasn't a botanist or something with how much she knew about the local flora. She is truly a gem, and so friendly; you can tell she cares about the region. The tour is not rushed and the chocolate is spectacular. So much fun; hope to do again one day.

It was the best experience we have in Vietnam. It is really interested to see the rice noodles methods, same for cocoa. The floating marking shows how people used to live. The guide gives a lot of information and was super nice.

The whole trip is perfectly balanced between quiet moments in the canal, where you're almost alone with local fishermen or children, and collective moments during the floating market or cocoa farm visit. I traveled to Vietnam solo and decided to book tours to experience the culture and meet new people. My guide was Nga Ngoc and she was amazing! The morning was peaceful and pleasant, chatting with her as we cruised the river and stopped at different boats on the floating market to eat noodles, get fresh young coconut to drink, and tour a family’s house boat. She taught me to forage morning glory and pointed out numerous local fruit trees and vegetables growing along the delta. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Can Tho

Excellent tour! Nga was a great guide. The tour had a truly authentic touch… getting to meet real people and see real authentic situations. We of course really enjoyed the floating market part… but the noodle factory and seeing the shoreline were also great parts as well. This tour far exceeded our expectations. And it was nice that no one tried to sell us anything. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately the market is dying out. Life is hard on the river but you can still see families minding their life and they are happy to welcome you on board of their family boat. You visit more than the market, the cocoa farm is also nice . The guide is friendly and fun :)

I did the floating market and cocoa farm tour with Mariah. The tour was amazing, we were provided with tons of stuff to eat and drink (coffee, water, fruits, breakfast,cocoa you name it) and Mariah did an incredible job answering all our questions with her background knowledge. Definitely recommended and looking forward to other tours with her as the guide. :)
