    Luca our guide was so organised and friendly. He was accommodating and adjusted the day so we could return to our cruise ship on time. Although this isn’t a walking tour, walking is involved. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the train station and there are steep steps and uneven terrain at the beautiful destinations. This tour has certainly given us a great taste of the region. Definitely recommend this tour. Really good value for money.

    we booked this tour through Viator Tripadvisor and we couldn't be happier, we had a nice Mercedes van at our disposal from the ship to Rome all day for about 8 hours and the driver took us everywhere . gracias

    Terrific option to see as much as we could while in Rome. Rolando was a great guide and was more than happy to adjust the tour to personalize it to what we wanted to see/do. He was flexible and accommodated all of our requests. We definitively recommend!

    Colosseum

    The Colosseum is the main symbol of Rome. It is an imposing construction that, with almost 2,000 years of history, will bring you back in time to discover the way of life in the Roman Empire. The construction of the Colosseum began in the year 72 under the empire of Vespasian and was finished in the year 80 during the rule of the emperor Titus. After completion, the Colosseum became the greatest Roman amphitheatre, measuring 188 meters in length, 156 meters in width and 57 meters in height. During the Roman Empire and under the motto of "Bread and Circuses" the Roman Colosseum (known then as Flavian Amphitheatre) allowed more than 50,000 people to enjoy its finest spectacles. The exhibitions of exotic animals, executions of prisoners, recreations of battles and gladiator fights kept the Roman people entertained for years. The Colosseum remained active for over 500 years till the 6 th century. The clients can visit the Collosseum or visit going all around it.
