What to expect
Caviar de Neuvic
First arriving you will visit the fish farm and receive all explanations about the sturgeon and fish farming. With waders inside the ponds, you will be able to touch different fish. In the laboratory you will receive a quick training about the sanitary rules of the production and special suits needed to wear. Then, fish are waiting you to be transformed. Your guide will explain every step of the production to obtain the best quality caviar. You will chose a fish and process it entirely. From the caviar you will produce, your guide will select 2.2 lbs (1kg) for you, and pack it with your personalized label, in special pack to transport home. Later you will go together into a partener restaurant waiting you to propose a special caviar-themed lunch.
