A Highlight of our trip. Kiana and Ethan are awesome. So funny! We laughed a lot on our tour and picked up a piglet on the way down! (IYKYK). Seriously though, I am 50 years old and was super scared to do this but it’s pretty safe and SO MUCH FUN! Once you get to the top of the mountain (incredible views) you bike down and they have the van driving behind you the whole time so cars can’t pass you. You get to ride in the middle of the lane. There are a lot of twists and turns but the bikes are great. I didn’t feel pressure to ride fast, but they do go at a good clip. There’s a small slightly uphill part for 1/2 mile but it wasn’t bad for me and I’m not in great shape. My daughter and her friend also loved it. Also, they pull over on the side of the road on the way up, to these little spots that you would never know to stop at if you drove up the canyon by yourself. So I highly recommend 10/10.

We had a great time on this tour with Ethan and Kiana. We drove up Waimea Canyon stopping several times for gorgeous views and pics. Kiana took so many fun pictures and air dropped them to us. Ethan and Kiana both shared funny and interesting stories on the way up. Then it was time to ride down. I was a little scared but it ended up being so fun!!! You just want to make sure you are comfortable on a bike. Because the van is behind us you get to ride down the middle of the road and the bikes are so sturdy they have a smooth ride even at higher speeds of 25+ mph. The brakes are perfect for the turns. If you like bike riding we highly recommend this tour!

We had a nice time on this tour. Lots of interesting information, good sights to stop and view at different levels of the canyon, and then the ride back down on the bike for about 1 hour. You go pretty fast (20-30 mph), so you should know how to ride a bike comfortably well to do this! otherwise, our guides were great and loads of fun. It is a bit of an odd time, as you leave at 330pm and finish by 730/745pm, so plan accordingly, particularly because a lot of food shuts down early on the island. But the views at sunset are lovely, and overall it was a good way to see the canyon and get a bike in.

This was so much fun. Breath taking. Fast. Dangerous. Guides Kiana and Ethan were experienced, local knowledge and were very cool. Thanks for an amazing ride. Took pictures at three viewpoints on the way up and ended with the sunset at the beach.

The experience was wonderful! The views were beautiful, the ride down was exhilarating, and our tour guides, Kiana and Ethan, were phenomenal! Would 100% do again!

I loved everything about this. Our guides were great. Funny, fun, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding. The trip up was just as good as the bike ride down.

Great tour guides! Ernesto and Ethan were hilarious, friendly, personable. These guys were pros at setting expectations, keeping a schedule, including all the guests in conversation. I learned a lot about Kauai, Hawaii, and general Hawaiian culture during this tour. It was a blast. It's too bad the canyon does not have a better way for people to explore the canyon on bicycles because it might have been better to take a more leisurely trip down the canyon, but I can't really complain - it was perfect all things considered. Thank you!
