I signed up for the Washington monument tour with entry tickets. When I arrived in the morning as the tour was starting, the operator notified me that the tour I signed up for did not include tickets for the Washington monument. I asked for a full refund. They only gave me a partial. This is not how you treat people or run a business.

This was my first time seeing all of the monuments at night and it was amazing! Tour guide Josh was excellent and bus driver Theo was great as well at getting us through the traffic of DC in the evening! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Took this tour with USA GUIDED TOURS, guide Josh and driver Thomas. Great company and great guys, provided all support, explanations, and also some fun + facts during the trip to each monument / waypoint. Also kudos to the easiness with I was able to reschedule my tour - as long as it respects the 24 hours threshold it will r plain and simple. Definitely recommend.

We did a private tour of DC monuments and highlights. The tour lasted 7 hours, but it flew by. Our guide, Nick, was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, funny, and personable. We could’ve spent some more hours and you out with him. Evan was a great driver, always there when we left an area to get us to the next location. We saw more in this winter than most people see on their entire trip in Washington DC. Even my teenagers were never bored on this trip. Being a private tour, we are able to spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each location. We were even able to add a trip to the National Archives to see the Constitution and Bill or Rights and Declaration of Independence at the end since we had a little time left. This tour was worth every penny. Thank you, Nick and Evan, you made our trip awesome.

It was easy to cover the various famous monuments within a short period of time. It also save the time to wait for a ticket to see the Washington Monument. The tour guide knew her facts and made the tour very interesting. However, it did not allow time to get a break to get something to eat. I was very cold when we reached the Washington Monument since I ate only a light breakfast. It was very windy and I had to hide in the waiting area before our group could go in.
