Awesome ride! The boat drivers displayed excellent customer service by walking around making sure everyone was ok.

Nice way to see the area from the water. Ride was relaxing and the crew was professional and friendly. It’s not a narrated site seeing tour - but they didn’t sell it as such, so that’s fine. We enjoyed it very much.

Service is excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The ticket personnel, the crew; everyone! We enjoyed viewing the cherry blossoms, the monuments, and the buildings while listening to the tour historic review! --Thank you for making this experience memorable for us!

High speed motoring south out of the wind. The boat has some serious power. Good times both on top and in the cabin.

Quick and easy water taxi to move around the river. We went from The Wharf to Old Town Alexandria in the late afternoon. The views were beautiful and the Town was very vibrant.

Everything… it was a nice evening … The moon was almost full and got to see a young dance crew perform..

Yes! Do this! My first time taking this, but traveling partner had numerous encounters on these as a paying customer before covid. Must pay before you get on, with credit cards. No cash. This is a wondeful, slow and relaxed way to get around, view the scenery and spend time with your special person. Also a great option if you may have had too much to drink and need to get to your hotel or someone's home without driving. You can have drinks in Alexandria or Georgetown and then go to the Wharf or vice-versa. If you are in a hurry to get somewhere, or on business, this is not for you! Feel free to take your water bottle along, or to take photos. Might be breezy. Will certainly do again.

Helpful window staff, friendly boat staff. 6pm route in middle of Sept. daylight to and nighttime back with lights was wonderful, with great views from decks and cool air inside. Great to see historic King St in Alexandria and The Wharf in DC. Consistency of standards in communication of drivers and screen information inside would be better. One way never heard from driver and screens were blank. The other way a new driver communicated safety info and screens gave interesting info about routes of the water taxi.

A bit expensive but still a very enjoyable ride. We got the taxi from The Wharf to Georgetown. Takes about 45 minutes. Georgetown is well worth a visit

tradi_travel

...from The Wharf to Georgetown. Nice sunny day and a little monument sightseeing along the way. Friendly crew. Unfortunately, we were on the boat that didn't have outside seating on top ;( Both the Wharf and Georgetown areas are worth visiting.
