    Train clean/efficient. Boat best part of day. Miami double decker bus horrendous . Bus poor condition: windows broken/cracked; seats backs ripped and dirty; guide smoking, bus door open shouting inappropriate comments to women on the street, difficult to understand English/ talked too fast; didn’t receive all needed vouchers requiring several phone calls, no guide or signs directing us to meeting spots; timing between boat and bus insufficient. Customer service phone reps courteous and polite, and did their best to resolve; however did experience difficulty with entire tour.

    Bright line tickets were really early and return was really late. It says meeting point as if someone would be there to greet you or direct you to all tours. You are completely on your own. I got there and never got the bus tickets and the bus line they directed me to you to show voucher, did not know what I was talking about!
