Bob was easy to deal with and made every effort to be accommodating. He gives excellent discussions of the area and points out the best views. The only animals we saw were at the rescue center but it was quite interesting. Eleven folks in the van so not crowded. His photography tips were great and am using them each day. Having water and a snack was an extra plus. We were a bit late starting due to late customers. However the visitor center is very helpful in pointing him out. We had a good time!
